What You'll Do
- Analyze various market segments and collaborate with leadership to choose the best ones to pursue
- Develop a three-month roadmap/forecasts for our products
- Direct product development with certainty by creating tickets on JIRA and managing the schedule
- Manage and motivate team members to meet development targets
- Communicate with the sales team to gather specifications for product development
- Be the bridge between tech & sales team to ensure specifications are realistic and achievable
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
- Provide knowledgeable suggestions on development based on industry intel/standards
- Assist in product sales strategies if needed
- Maintain high level of professional & technical knowledge through research and workshops
Who You Are
- Strong knowledge of scrum development is a must
- Solid understanding of the digital market
- Excellent communication skills to manage expectations of different departments
- Ability to motivate and lead a team through tough schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Highly committed to product development
- Business level of English
- Track record in overcoming product development obstacles.
- Ideally experienced in developing digital products
