Plurium Technologies is an alternative supplier of telecom equipment and networking hardware, with offices in Singapore, Europe and US.

As a leader of the circular economy, we help telecom operators, service providers or resellers get cost-effective equipment, both new and pre-owned. We provide end-of-life products from all major manufacturers, and faster delivery from our stocks.

Our customers are MNC across the globe including MyRepublic, NEC, Hitachi, Logicalis, ST Electronics and many more. 

The Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting our regional sales team, and for acquiring, developing and retaining clients across the region. 

 

Job Responsibilities 

· Support our regional sales team to maximise their sales success 

· Acquire and develop clients, manage multiple stakeholders, drive Director level relationships

· Interface with vendors, request prices & lead time to prepare quotation

· Process and track orders, monitor deliveries to ensure full satisfaction of customers

· Research and maintain detailed and accurate information in our CRM system 

· Prepare and execute marketing and ad hoc activities to support growth of revenue

 

Job Requirements

· Minimum of 4 years of enterprise sales experience, B2B sales, or consultative sales roles across the information technology industry

· Effective stakeholder management as this role entails managing senior stakeholders

· Proven understanding of telecom network, IT infrastructure, cloud and storage  

· Enjoy solving complex problems through analytical excellence and commercial acumen

· Proven track record at driving high-growth revenue upside in a competitive market

· Outstanding interpersonal and public speaking skills

· Absolute comfort with calling and meeting clients as required

· Base Salary at S$4,000 to $6,000. Additional 50% performance variable, uncapped.
