Responsibility:
- To work with COO to produce an e-commerce business development plan.
- To develop and grow key accounts as assigned. Responsible for maintaining and increasing volume levels with existing assigned accounts.
- To develop and implement innovative account based marketing plans and activities.
- To develop and implement e-commerce strategy to maximise revenue and ensure the highest standard of customer service.
- To work with marketing team to achieve sale target.
- To research trends to identify hero products for each brand and identify profitable product lines and pricing.
- To track, evaluate initiatives and suggest improvements for each collaboration.
- To Innovate in areas of growth across partnerships, and the industries mentioned.
Requirement:
- You have at least 5 years B2B cooperate sales, working directly with brands.
- You have at least 5 years of Business Development experience preferably in Ecommerce related industry.
- You have a personal network in place that includes well-known brand decision-makers and a proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships.
- You are persuasive, tactful and an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You take your work seriously but not yourself.
- KPIs motivate you, and you’re always striving to smash your personal records.
- Binligual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
