Job description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the planning and utilization of lean tools to improve all areas of the operation.
2. Ensures all operation tools related to business operations comply with customer experience and operation efficiency requirements.
3. Generate structured Product Requirements based upon feedback from customers, internal teams and strategic partners.
4. Develop system roadmaps and communicate the roadmaps both within IT team and to key customers.
