Job description & requirements

Trueventus is the fastest growing PCO in Asia, with over 50 conferences a year around the globe and over 5000 attendees at our events annually.

Trueventus has an exciting opening as a Senior Conference Producer for a highly commercial individual to take the lead in determining strategy and shaping the future direction of large-scale industry leading events. This involves researching content, building relationships with key industry players, designing a compelling agenda and guiding content strategy to create a buzz about the conference.  This role is ONLY for experienced candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching the viability of conference topics- for both new events and existing events.

• Conducting market research through phone calls, online research, competitive intelligence and in-person meetings, to determine what topics are needed by the market.

• Recruiting senior level speakers for each event.

• Writing promotional copy for marketing materials, including brochures, emails, blogposts.

• Creating in-event experiences that make the events memorable.

• On-site execution of seamless in-event experience for customers- hosting and managing the conference on-site.

• Constantly searching for new conference topics through market research and networking.

Qualifications:

• Four-year college degree

• Excellent qualitative and quantitative research skills

• Must have 2+ years conference experience

• Work experience in a corporate environment is a must

• Superior networking skills.

• Copywriting ability

• Ability to travel

• You will be required as part of the interview process to demonstrate your previous work.
