Partnership Manager

Ensure that Zenyum’s fast-growing partner clinics are satisfied, as you help to build a healthcare start-up with rocket speed. You’ll make sure that we’ll expand our footprint across Singapore by onboarding new clinics and taking care of our existing partners. You’ll deliver outstanding service and communication.

You are a fit for this role, if you:

· Have at least 3 years of experience in Account Management or a client-facing role

· Are empathic and a natural-born-communicator who genuinely enjoys interacting with people on a daily basis, to make sure our partners are fully satisfied with Zenyum’s service

· Think quick on your feet and come up with creative solutions to operational problems

· Are keen to learn about the process of Clear Aligners and feel comfortable in acquiring new skills in a complex environment

· Have graduated recently from a top-school in Singapore or internationally (Singapore Citizen / PR with Chinese language skills highly preferred)

· Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table

· Are tech-, data- and performance-oriented, and optimise your approach for efficiency

· Enjoy working in a rapidly growing team in one of Singapore’s most dynamic environments
