THE ROLE

As a Customer Success manager you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers get the best advice possible in helping them find the perfect home for their company.

You will have direct contact with customers throughout their journey, , interacting with customers via email,, live chat, messaging apps, phone and in-person. By doing this, you will become the voice of the customer inside Hubble. You will be responsible for feeding back customer insights that will impact every aspect of the company, including sales, marketing, product and engineering.

The abilities to follow process, think critically, interact with empathy, offer creative solutions and very quickly become a trusted confidant to our customers is critical.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day customer success and support over phone, email and instant messaging
  • Understanding customer needs to help them find their perfect office quickly and smoothly.
  • Regular feedback of customer insights to influence and improve Hubble’s customer proposition for office searchers and office providers
  • Work closely with the Head of Customer Success & Community to monitor and report data and trends on customer behaviour
  • Focus on increasing Hubble’s Net Promoter Score (NPS)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant experience in customer sales, support, client relations and / or community management
  • Experience in account management for small, medium sized business clients
  • Excellent communication skills (email, phone, in-person) and a real passion to help people
  • Casual, conversational and personable communication style (not too formal or corporate)
  • Self-starter with ability to execute in high-pressure environments
  • The ability to build rapport and long-lasting professional relationships
  • Tech literate and a frequent user and embracer of new technologies
  • Ability to think critically about products and processes to understand where they can be improved
  • Experience in a startup or constantly changing sales environment
  • It’d be a plus if you had some experience in sales / support for: enterprise sales, SaaS, flexible office sector, real estate and / or call centres.
