    Job Purpose
    1) Provide administrative support to the IFM Department
    2) Coordinate
    and support the training function/needs of the Department
    3) Processing of payments
    4) Create PR
    5) CST Member

    Key Roles & Responsibilites
    1) Filing, typing, photocopying of reports etc.
    2) Provide logistic support to staff related matters.
    3) Updating of manpower status and the reporting structure.
    4) Ordering of office stationery.
    5) Request and process all training nominations. Work with supervisors and SMRTi to coordinate training.
    6) Check and ensure nominated staff is informed of the training schedule.
    7) Updated training records, process all adhoc training request.
    8) Creating of service entries in SAP for Contract & Adhoc Payments.
    9) Creating PR in SAP.
    10) Typing & Updating of WSO in Microsoft Access.
    11) Updating of monthly stations PUB bill
    12) Prepare monthly reports for submission (MPIB, SVP, etc.)

    Requirements

    Possess admin and IT skills.
    Able to write and communicate effectively.
    A good team player who is also able to work independently.
