【Responsibilities】

• Write automation codes to give more time for us to find smarter ways to test and assist in QA activities when needed

• Expertise in designing automation frameworks for different in different approaches.

• Conduct Performance and Security Tests for the application under test

• Generate metrics and information that improve the development practices of the team. i.e. Creation of dashboards for SLA and performance

• Plan, execute internal software quality audits, including establishing ways to monitor quality KPIs.

• Influence and lead software quality programs to ensure that software products achieve desired customer satisfaction through process & product quality in full software development cycle.

• Work with functional teams to validate product requirement and review software development process to increase the efficiency and quality of development environment.

• Investigate and analyze issues to root cause and suggest necessary process improvements

• Mentor team members towards technical development, test automation standards, closing skills gap for automation

【Key Qualifications】

• At least a Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

• 6-10 years’ experience in development and testing

• Strong competence in Java, JS, Shell scripting, Linux systems

• Strong competence in testing web and Android; and test approaches (BDD, TDD,etc)

• Expert-level knowledge of software build tools and CI/CD integrations

• Working knowledge in DB testing (MongoDB, Redis, postgreSQL)

• Experience in Docker, Microservices, Data (Machine Learning) are highly preferred

• Strong sense of leadership
