    We’re looking for you to join us in the ‘Group Digital Service Operations & Implementation’ team, where we’ll develop and make full use of your expertise as a Relationship Manager. As a business critical role, reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, you’ll focus on building our relationships with all internal partners and respond to the growing challenges of Group Digital. As the Digital business grows we need to build our capability and it’s vital we build strong, collaborative relationships with other areas of the bank. This is a great opportunity to build credibility across the Digital function, with Group wide business and stakeholder exposure. 

    Key accountabilities: 
    • Manage the relationship with one of Group Digital key internal stakeholders/Business Units to ensure delivery against the Relationship Management Framework. 
    • Ensure there is a consistent engagement approach across with the business unit you face off to – via quarterly strategic workshops, monthly partnership meetings, Advocacy events etc. 
    • Support the Digital Transformation team in ensuring all operational impacts across BU’s associated with digital change are identified early and are resolved before deployment. 
    • Ensure there is a clear digital fault escalation route with all relevant business units and that the business unit has awareness of on-going issues (P1-3 level defects). 
    • Actively develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of contacts (Business Division, Group and External) to obtain/exchange information, identify best practices and where appropriate, respond to changes in the internal and external business environment. 

    As our successful candidate, we’ll be looking for you to have proven experience of relationship management, with excellent stakeholder skills and an ability to manage conflicting demands. As such, you’ll have strong inter-personal, communication and problem solving ability with a collaborative, engaging style at all levels. Ideally you’ll have Digital knowledge and/or background.
