1. Total Salary: 400,000 - 500,000 CNY / Annual + RSU ( Optional ) + Stock option
2. Employee Stock Purchase Plan Provided.  Be lower than market 10%, up to 70%
3. Annual leave is 10 to 20 days / per year, flexible work arrangements. 
4. Co-work and travel to Ukraine and USA, have a chance to relocate( transfer ) to USA with VISA. 
5. Ultimate owner of the customer experience for product, as well as the person responsible for setting team priorities, defining requirements, driving development, and inspiring other cross-functional team members.

【 Responsibilities 】

1. Video Conferencing: Work with the team of product management to prioritize backlog of mobile features and improvements 
2. Develop product requirements in a timely, high-quality manner 
3. User story break down and documentation 
4. Participate in team standup meetings, sprint planning, and status meetings 
5. Communicate plans to key stakeholders throughout the company 
6. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver to features that result in improved user acquisition, retention, engagement, and user satisfaction 
7. Work with a cross-functional team members on a go-to-market approach and communication for the product 
8. Measure and report on the success of each new feature launched 
9. Coach junior staffs when necessary 
10. Occasional international travel

【 Requirements 】 

1. 5+ years of product management or related experience 
2. Project management skills in a distributed team environment 
3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 
4. Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products critical to growth, engagement, and retention 
5. User-focused thinker with ability to translate user feedback and usage data into requirements 
6. Capable of taking complex issues and making them simple for customers and internal partners to understand
7. Excellent written and oral English language skills 
8. Agile/Scrum experience is nice to have 
9. Technical background or relevant experience is nice to have 
10. Coaching skills is nice to have
