This position is responsible for the marketing managed account solutions to eligible plan sponsors and plan participants. The primary product is designed to provide individual qualified plan participants advice and professional account management. The role requires strong sales and marketing skills to achieve aggressive product adoption and sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group education and enrollment/implementation meetings for qualified plan participants.
- Work with plan sponsors and other partners to coordinate enrollment meetings and sales efforts.
- Promote product usage among eligible participants achieving high adoption of services offered.
- Coordinate enrollment meeting dates, resources, communication efforts and marketing material.
- Assist in training distribution partners on company products and services.
- Support sales team in sales initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between sales and support teams.
- Outgoing participant calls to assist in hiring of ProNvest for management services. This includes knowledge of financial markets, individual retirement plan specifications and knowledge of internal computer system including the ProNvest retirement planner.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 2 or more years in Customer Relationship / Sales role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage outside sales role
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- High travel (4-5 days per week)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in a financial sales role.
- Bilingual (Spanish).
