Responsibilities
- Plan and work together with in-market sales teams to implement channel development strategies for SEA region; channels can include, but limited to, direct (in-house sales teams) & indirect sales (distributors/resellers/affiliate) channels, general trade, retail & online opportunities
- Clear sales channel portfolio strategy per market
- Support in-market indirect sales channels to increase the market share for our products & services in the Small-Medium segment
- Continuously analyse market potential, competitive activities and sales tracks for potential new sales channels
- Work with & support Regional SM Business Head & in-market teams to implement programs & initiatives to maximise revenue growth in sales channels
- Closely partner with regional leadership in implementation of commercial goals and activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales target for designated region
Requirements
- 8 years+ channel sales experience, preference for General Trade candidates
- 3 years+ working experience in distribution channel management within SEA region
- Preference for proven sales candidates achieving results with little to no indirect marketing support
- Willingness to travel within South-east Asia for up to 50% of the time
