Requirements
Corporate Communications
- Spearhead corporate communications strategies with the objective of building corporate reputation and establishing thought leadership in the last-mile, e-commerce logistics space
- Strategic storytelling: Work with Founders to develop and update Ninja Van’s narratives for media interviews and speaking opportunities
- Be opportunistic in identifying media interview opportunities to grow presence in regional media
- Collaborate across functions to tell the Ninja Van Tech, People, and Ops stories
- Work with Human Resources Team to develop an EVP strategy
- Advise regional teams and senior management in times of crisis or issues
Internal Communications
- Develops and manages regional internal communications framework and develop communications plans/strategies in support of region and company priorities
- Works closely with C-suites, senior management and functional leads on developing content that aligns employees to the rest of the business
- Business partnering with Human Resources' Engagement Team
- Explores new opportunities to engage with key audiences (employees) across the Ninja family via social media and other emerging communication platforms and channel
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-6 years of experience working in communications and public relations, or other internal communications roles (e.g. within HR functions)
- Candidate should be able to create content, be well-versed in channels to share them internally
- Corporate reputation management, media relations, issues management, business and lifestyle writing
- In-house comms experience preferred
