    Your Playground:

    The shyftplan Enterprise Team consists, as of today, of 2 enterprise experts and the founder Jan. We are looking for new members for our enterprise unit to work closely with Jan and the rest of the team. You will start as the latest member of a highly motivated group of people, improve existing workflows and bring your own ideas to life. From initial pitch to the Million-Euro-Deal, you and the team are in charge.

    Your Profile:

    - Proven experience in software sales for enterprise customers 
    - Very good understanding of SaaS products, solution selling and assessing and addressing customer needs 
    - Ability to empathize with different stakeholders inside an organization 
    - You will pitch in front of large crowds with a lot of different opinions, so you should feel comfortable doing that 
    - Native level German, business proficient in English 
    - You love to learn as much as you love to share your knowledge with others
