We are looking for a Director of Engineering that will lead our Growth team. In this role, you will build, scale, and experiment with developing end to end solutions aimed towards user growth. This is a highly impactful role that will report directly to our VP of Engineering.
Responsibilities:
Lead data-oriented teams to build and own end to end solutions in areas such as top of funnel acquisition, member activation, monetization, referrals invites sharing and incentives and creating growth accounting frameworks and modeling
Build cross-functional partnerships with teams to achieve high impact objectives
Lead and mentor team members and managers to reach their full potential
Drive strategic plans and tactical execution that align with business goals
Recruit and develop team members at all levels
What we’re looking for:
10+ years of industry engineering experience
5+ years experience managing engineering teams and developing managers
2+ Experience working in growth at a consumer facing product company
Experienced in growth frameworks and techniques
Strong background of data-oriented decision making
Experience with, and strong knowledge of modern systems, engineering tools, architecture, technologies and best practices
