1. Customer targeting: Target large and medium-sized enterprises for their financial, telecommunication and other industrial services, understand the customers’ pain points and find breakthrough opportunities. Combining usage data, market and user research, and industry best practices to understand the Area within each industry 
2. Design delivery solution: Based on the company’s current AI technological capabilities, transform user problems into validated solutions leveraging all possible consumer touch points. 
3. Defining the scope of product services: Based on the client’s products to define the boundaries of the scope of the company’s solution integration to customize development and services 
4. Final delivery: Conduct A/B tests and lead data analysis. Prioritize and lead the delivery of validated solutions while working with peer Product Engineering team, R&D team and other related departments as well as client team to promote smooth delivery of the final project. 
5. Process standardization and results measurement: Establish processes and specifications for solution product services to improve service operation efficiency. Measure the results of each completed phase, communicate on project results and feedback, identifying key learnings and integrating them in overall understanding of the owned Area
