1. Customer targeting & User research: Understand large and medium-sized enterprises for their financial, telecommunication and other industrial services and brainstorming on how voice channels may serve them in the bigger enterprise strategy of customer interaction or brand experience. Recommend appropriate solutions on how Wiz can bring value to both enterprises and their customers.
2. Design, implementation and operation: Design and implement voice capabilities for the AI and customize products according to the customer’s unique needs, such as: user flow creation, dialogue branching, dialogue script design, voice recording and ensuring coherent flow, usability testing.
There will be continuous operation, optimization and enhancement to keep the competitiveness of our product and services even after AI is being used in the industry.
3. Manage: Strategize and lead the voice user experience designer and engineer team to clarify and improve their script design and recording processes.
Help to conduct necessary quality checks on the label and flow and setting up relevant functions in other countries and regions if needed.
4. Process and measure: Combine design, implementation and operation processes with the voice user experience designer to conduct R&D on various essential used tools.
Evaluate usability and audio consistency of existing dialog flows and recommend design changes.Aim to improve effectiveness and efficiency of project process and responsibilities through innovation.
5. Collaboration with other departments: Collaborate with the R&D team to finish product deliveries by deadlines and collaborate with the project implementation team to provide customized delivery and operation. Create guidelines, reference artifacts, and resources for third-party developers to assist in VUI design and prompt writing. Coach voice talent for persona and context, both linguistic and psychosocial. Propose technical requirements for both teams to continuously improve the voice user experience.
6. Long term goal: Have a deeper understanding and insight into the industry of developing voice user interaction while participating in establishing the industrial’s standard practice.
Contribute to the research on the design of user experience through media, graphical interface and voice media.
