The Role:

Scalable Labs is looking for a Product Manager that will drive the strategy, product vision, business requirements, and execution of new products and services that impact millions of customers worldwide across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with user experience design, marketing, and engineering teams to identify business opportunities and drive innovation to bring new products and services to market. You will have a high degree of ownership and take on challenging and high-visibility projects. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace ambiguity with critical, analytical thinking, and drive end-to-end product development with buy in from key stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Define new e-commerce opportunities and channels for the sale of custom designed and printed goods
• Stay on top of and strategically utilize new e-commerce features and developments 
• Write detailed, crisp business requirements that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and service
• Generate buy-in for the product vision with leadership and with key partner teams
• Create and maintain an optimized and logically sequenced product roadmap 
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load
• Identify and resolve strategic issues that impair the team’s ability to meet product goals
•  Lead teams across functions to deliver products and ensure product vision is implemented effectively
• Conduct data analysis to drive decision making and identify key challenges and opportunities

Minimum requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in product management
• 3+ years of relevant experience in consumer software/systems products and/or services

Preferred requirements:

• MBA or Master’s degree, or entrepreneurial experience
• Experience delivering scalable platform technology or software-as-a-service
• Experience defining mobile app/software growth and engagement strategies
• Experience launching a new product or business from concept through launch
• Technical proficiency, demonstrated through technical degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with agile/Scrum software development
• Analytical aptitude and data-driven problem solving abilities
• Strong English communication skills and understanding of Western user behavior
• Experience managing a product backlog and leading a team to meet aggressive goals
