- Continuous drive to deliver the best possible platform 
- Deliver MVP within 3 months 
- Web 
- iOS native if feasible 
- Build MVP in such a way that facilitates scaling across all platforms later 
- Independent sourcing and integration of all relevant APIs, specifically payments, logistics, and marketing platforms 
- Create Business Intelligence dashboard and reporting 
- Ability to source and hire A players consistently to build a great tech team

Hard skills and experience: 
- Full stack 
- Experience both on web and mobile development 
- Expert in JS frameworks like React or Vue 
- Experience building consumer products with fast iteration, ideally market place 
- Ideally experience in an early stage environment
