We are searching for a Midea Residential Air Conditioner Trainer in the South Asia Countries.

Midea Master Trainer

We are looking for a person who will champion the enhancement of our Midea RAC Field Team by designing and implementing training programs focused on motivating, engaging, and educating our team. A person who will lead change through effective collaborations, establish and align training priorities and guide succession planning. Responsible for training our Field Team and our retail and commercial partners by providing them with the knowledge and skills needed.

The ideal Candidate

You are an outstanding communicator with a problem-solving mentality who loves to succeed through your team. You have a great interest for technology and a broad experience in Home appliance electronics. As the Master Trainer you are passionate about delivering creative events and trainings to different audiences. You have a strong and inspiring presence, excellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with large and small technical audiences. Being pro-active, structured and always on top of everything is a part of who you are and since you have extensive experience of working with teams across functions you are inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment. Humble and inspiring - a team player to the core.

Areas of responsibility

As Midea RAC Master Trainer, your job is to build the most exciting and compelling product and skills trainings for our Field Team, Retail Pros, and Sales team. You will be responsible of:

• Developing new product sales talk/ training materials and working  closely with HQ RAC marketing team.
• Ensuring that the Field Team confidently can deliver impactful Midea  product trainings and experiences to Retail Pros and consumer 
• Initiating and deliver large-scale training events such as 1:Many classroom, marketing events, vendor/tradeshows and webinars
• Able to assist sales /marketing team for project pitch.

What you’ll need 

Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in these areas

• ormal training
• Building training and development sessions and programs
• Retail knowledge
• Fluent in English and Chinese, as you will join a HQ RAC team in China.
