About This Role:
The Human Resources Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for Cialfo.
You will be great at this role if you have:
· Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any related discipline
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR function (HR Generalist preferred).
· Good knowledge on Singapore employment legislations
Responsibilities:
· Execute recruitment activities to meet business needs.
· Ensure efficient and effective on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
· Administer relevant documents pertaining to employees’ employment, resignation, termination, retirement, contracts etc.
· Administer and maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee records.
· Involve in grievance handling and disciplinary issues.
· Administration and Coordination for training and development activities.
· Review, update and implement HR handbook policy documentation.
· Provide support and updates on HR reports, internal HR working templates, external statutory / labor market survey and headcount related reporting.
· Administer staff welfare.
· Applications and renewals of work passes
· Manage & process company payroll and administer employee payslips
· Manage compensation & benefits programs including medical, health insurance, work injury compensation & etc
· Process government funding (such as Maternity Leave / Child Care Leave / Paternity Leave, National Service & etc)
· Manage medical claims matters.
· Provide finance and office administration, record keeping, filing, paper work.
· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Possess Diploma in Human Resource Management or in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR function (HR Generalist preferred).
· Good knowledge on Singapore employment legislations.
· Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented, able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
· Proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Good knowledge on employment legislations.
· Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. mail merge using MS Word and Excel
· Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn.
· Good team player with positive working attitude.
· Required language(s) for speaking, reading and writing:
English (Required), Mandarin (Preferred)
· Authorized to work in Singapore
· Singaporean or Singapore PR
