Description

The individual is required to manage and support 1-Net’s IT Services  business such as Managed Services (systems, network & security) and  Business Continuity Management Services.

This role requires  the individual to be responsible for effective provisioning,  installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems  hardware and software and related infrastructure. The individual also  requires to participate in technical research and development to enable  continuing innovation within the infrastructure and ensures that system  hardware, operating systems, software systems and related procedures  adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, and partners.

The  individual will also be required to assist in project teams with  technical advisories and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities 

• Support for IT Services systems and projects in delivering services according to SOP and SOW to meet prescribed SLA. 
• Perform system design, configuration and recommendation for IT infrastructure and services
• Assist in RFP, RFQ and RFI customer requirement
•  Project manage for ad-hoc on-boarding and tech refresh project 
• Performance  monitoring, preventive maintenance and patch management of servers to  ensure optimum performance. To propose capacity upgrade or replacement  when required to system owner
•  Provide support which including diagnosing hardware and software failures. 
•   Renew the HW/SW support maintenance and update CMDB and network  diagram for the account incharge. Coordinate with equipment vendors and  3rd party suppliers to resolve problems 
• Perform daily rectification of operational issues and change requests within expected service level agreement. 
• Generate regular performance report and ad-hoc incident report to management and customer. 
• Perform schedule maintenance routine and update records for performance analysis.
•  Maintain process documentation and follow approved standard operation procedures.
•  Provide operational support for IT services in Systems, Firewall, Networking, Backup, etc services

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer or other IT related field of study
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in similar position.
• Microsoft certifications such as MCSE preferred
•  Basic network certifications such as CCNA preferred
•  Working location : 1-Net (East) at Chai Chee / 1-Net (North) Woodlands
