Job description
Our legal team is looking for a research assistant to help prepare legal documents and research issues concerning private equity funds, structuring and documentation, regulatory compliance, HR and general corporate matters.
You report directly to our Head of Legal and Compliance but will also be working closely with the rest of the legal team.
Ideally, you have worked at a a German Fintech or large firm legal department with exposure to the banking and finance world and laws.
You are passionate about building businesses and have demonstrated attention to detail and a keen interest in regulatory compliance, investing and financial markets. You bring positive energy and a can-do mentality to the team.
