The Challenges
As part of Operations (Surgery), you will provide project management, operations and administrative
support in the areas of surgical care and other hospital initiatives. Your scope includes assistance to
craft strategies and policies on operational processes, workflow design, financial assessment, data
collection and analysis.

You will contribute towards the building and maintenance of operational excellence, towards evidencebased

The Requirements
• A good Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2~3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Experience with practical aspects of hospital operations is an added advantage.
• A team player, ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multitask
and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
