Job Description:

• Providing individualized and small group lessons to students preparing to take the IB, DP/MYP, IGCSE, A-Level, SAT, ACT and AP exams

• Planning lessons to meet student's individual learning needs and to ensure student's progression

• Delivering high quality lessons using appropriate strategies for teaching and learning 

• Using a range of assessments and reporting methods that show student's achievement in relation to learning objectives

• Assisting in the creation of proprietary course/teaching material to be used exclusively at All Round Education Academy

• Assisting in analyzing past paper trends in order to forecast potential pitfalls students may face in achieving top grades 

• Providing clear and constructive feedback to students and parents 

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's or PhD degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Excellent Academic background in Engineering/Math/Languages/Education or relevant subjects
• Teaching experience in IB/GCSE/A-Level/SAT/ACT/SSAT/AP Junior, with proven history of score improvements among past students is a plus
• Passionate in teaching students, patient and creative
• Excellent communication skills
• Fresh graduates with impressive academic backgrounds will also be considered
