Responsibilities
The one metric that matters: numbers of leads
- Develop goals, messaging, call to action, and distribution channels to generate leads
- Optimize and improve content and targeting for digital marketing channels
- Create brand awareness through SEO, SEM, web analytics, social media monitoring, and offline events
- Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics internally
- Work closely with Kuala Lumpur and Singapore marketing teams
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing
- Content marketing first, offline second
- Proven track record creating and executing online demand generating programs
- Ability to work independently and autonomously in a small startup setting
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Passionate about HR and SaaS industry
