Job description


The one metric that matters: numbers of leads 

  1. Develop goals, messaging, call to action, and distribution channels to generate leads
  2. Optimize and improve content and targeting for digital marketing channels
  3. Create brand awareness through SEO, SEM, web analytics, social media monitoring, and offline events
  4. Forecast, track, and report campaign effectiveness metrics internally
  5. Work closely with Kuala Lumpur and Singapore marketing teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing
  • Content marketing first, offline second
  • Proven track record creating and executing online demand generating programs
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously in a small startup setting
  • Extreme fluency in oral and written English and Chinese
  • Passionate about HR and SaaS industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Self-motivated to work proactively
  • Knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other predominant marketing tools
  • Great team player
  • Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and execution
  • A fun guy
