IT Support Staff - Decathlon Singapore｜Meet.jobs

The successful candidate will be responsible in the setting up and maintenance of our systems and networks in our retail stores and back office environment.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Provide technical support (onsite and offsite)
• Setting up of new IT devices
• Maintenance and upgrading of current systems
• New store opening back end processes
• Inventory of IT devices
• Vendor management and co-ordination
• Hardware and Software evaluation with testing
• IT Processes Documentation
• Other ad-hoc tasks

 

Requirements

• Sport enthusiast and actively practicing a sport
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Independent and pro-active team player
• Challenge oriented with an enthusiastic learning mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service oriented
