About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day pricing to ensure occupancy target are met
• Responsible for performance under management to achieve revenue target KPIs and taking necessary action promptly
• Perform data analysis to track and improve KPI performance
• Implement pricing and non-pricing (e.g. promotion, distribution, content management) strategies to help hostel realize their maximum revenue potential
• Report to internal and external stakeholder
• Liaise with other functional team to ensure deliverables are on track

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics or engineering
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
• 1 - 3 years of experience
• Proficient in Excel (Bonus - in one of the following: MS, Python, R)
• Must have high energy and the ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environment
