    The role reports to the Human Resources Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the following;-

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Regular contact and communication with the hiring managers to ensure an understanding of all business requirements and building ongoing relationship;
    • Develop innovative and resourceful ways of sourcing and attracting top talent
    • Assist with the end-to-end hiring at all levels from initial contact, screening, shortlisting, interviewing to job offer 
    • Responsible for the development, planning and implementation of all recruitment and branding activities based on business’ needs and objective
    • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies 
    • Influencing and negotiation for role opportunities and salary requirements

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in talent attraction
    • Good knowledge on local employment law and regulation
    • A self-starter, team player with the ability to quickly adapt to new environment
    • Well organized with a positive mindset and good communication skills
    • Being able to multiple-task and perform well under stress with a tight timeline
