We are looking for a mid-senior product designer who is specialised in UX, UI and digital product design. This candidate shall not only have the capability of creating high-quality design works but also capable of executing and applying user and design research. He/she must be passionate about design thinking's human-centric approach.

Minimum qualifications:
1.BA/BS degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI/Computer Science, related field or equivalent practical experience.

2.Experience in working as a product designer or full-stack UX/UI designer on the web or mobile applications.


Profession & Skills

1.5 years of relevant work experience, at start-ups or tech companies.

2.Strong understanding of UX / Interaction Design / UI principles and theories, with hands-on experience in applying those into practice.

3.Experience in product design based on a deep understanding of users and business models at an early stage of a new product.

4.Working knowledge or experience in Lean UX, Scrum, Agile, design sprints and data analysis (Google Analytics, Segments, Amplitude)

5.Experience in working directly with developers with working knowledge of HTML and CSS (motion, responsive layout and UI components).

6.Skilled in information, typography and layout design, illustration and vector iconography, patterning, and infographics is a plus.

7.Comfortable with client-facing activities such as managing requests and attending client meetings or conference calls to present design concept.

8.Effective interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.

9.Great observation skill, sensitive to every detail of people’s ordinary behaviour and habits.
