Roles and Responsibilities

• Preliminary Project Master Programme;
• (Design / Authority SubmissionsApprovals / Tender / Construction / TOPCSC) Tender Trade Packages & MicroProgram; 
• Authority Submission Programme & Check List;
• Review, comment and recommendation to Project Directors on the adaptation made on Standard Conditions of Contract by the Client’s Lawyers/QS to suit project needs;
• Assessment and Analysis of RFP documents to provide Directors a clear indication of the project requirements;
• Analysis, with preliminary cost estimate of the project/development; assisted by the QS where applicable;
• Formulation of Fee Proposal and any other adhoc duties as and when required.

Requirements

• A recognized Degree in Building / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying;
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in projects / contracts coordination and management and / or in quantity surveying;
• Relevant experience in handling mega size projects and sound knowledge on PSSCOC and SIA contracts will be an added advantage;
• Knowledge in contracts review and contract related risk management;
• Strong in verbal and written communication skills.
