FinTech Graduate Programme:
CFTE is looking for bright talents to join the team and help us push forward our educational mission by scaling our business. We are an education platform, connecting the best CEO, Entrepreneurs and Community member both online and off-line. We started in 2017 and since then grew to 20 team members and have learners from 100 countries.
Our FinTech Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates interested in Finance and Technology (FinTech), as well as aspiring Entrepreneurs. Our FinTech Graduate Program will provide you with a steep learning experience (you will have a project from day one), boost your professional skills (how to deliver end-to-end a project) and expand your network (reaching out to the 1,000’s CFTE members).
Our FinTech programme has 4 different tracks.
1. Product
2. Sales
3. Marketing
4. Digital
All tracks will provide with :
- Online class & certification on FinTech (learn about AI in Finance but also understand the FinTech industry)
- Assignment of a dedicated project: you will be responsible of projects blending Growth and Process design
- Continuous mentoring and career advice, during office hours, with our Senior Leadership
- Introductions to CFTE Global community of professionals spanning thousands of learners in 60 countries
There is no requirement for background education. However, we do look for at least one relevant experience in a startup (or other organisation). We also will be looking for signs of outstanding work ethics, pro-active, and entrepreneurial spirit.
We don’t expect you to be an expert in Fintech, this is what we will help you with. However, you do need to be interested in technology and innovation. If you have some curiosity for Finance its also a good start. Most importantly, demonstrate to us your hunger to learn, CFTE has the goal to build a lifelong learning platform, and we need people aligned with our purpose.
