We are looking for a full-time UI/UX designer who’s detail-oriented, independent and resourceful to join our ScanTrust Design Team in Shanghai.
Detail-oriented - You not only strive to make pixel-perfect artwork & digital products but also pay attention to details in your workflow.
Independent - You are confident and capable of handling an entire project or owning a product. You learn new things quickly.
Resourceful - You are not only skillful but also flexible.

Requirements:
- 2~3 years’ UI/UX experience in mobile app design
- Sketch+Zeplin, Adobe Illustrator, Figma
- Comprehensive knowledge of Material Design
- Proficiency in English (both writing and listening)
- Expertise in typography, layout, and color to elicit the desired emotional response and connections for a project’s given personas
-Adhere to style standards and corporate branding guidelines
-Attention to detail at the pixel precision level
-Independent and familiar with the standard digital product design workflow
-Resourceful and equipped with sufficient computer/internet/programming knowledge (Html/CSS/JS/Android/iOS/Github/etc.) to focus on designing, creativity, and productivity.
Good at prototyping & animation? (Origami, Principle, InVision, Anima, XD, Lottie, etc.)
Have a degree in design? (Visual, Interaction Design, etc.)
Experience in AR design? (iOS ARKit, Unity, Android ARCore, etc.)
These are not must-haves but will surely put you to the front!
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:
- Maintain the design specs documents and files to make sure they are all up-- to-date and accurate.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
- Conduct adjustments based on testing feedback or user feedback.
- Work with product managers to define features and user flow.
- Articulate the finalized design to other teams (DEV, Product Marketing, Customer Support, Sales).
- Provide design resources to DEV teams (Web, Mobile, QA) and deliver projects on time.
- Choose a proper fidelity-level to illustrate product features or design ideas (as storyboards) based on the art direction from Head of Design.
- Design support (30%) to Marketing team (digital & print).
