Changes in the commercial systems (ecommerce, EPOS, ticketing) and the continuing alignment and consolidation of the systems and processes of two organisations will encourage new ways of working and provide unique opportunities to realise efficiencies and drive improvements in business support.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong commercial and/or operational background. Excellent relationship management skills and knowledge of relevant regulatory and accounting frameworks are essential as is demonstrable success in process and control improvements. As a highly organised and motivated individual, the ideal candidate will be experienced in leading a finance team and be able to prioritise personal and team workloads appropriately. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to present financial information clearly to a variety of individuals with non-financial backgrounds such as curators and/or researchers.
