Wowoo Exchange Singapore is a digital assets exchange aiming at providing the customers great user experience with its beginner-friendly trading interface, regulatory compliance and world-class security. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive.
Things you'll have to do
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and our user demographics.
• Develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels to acquire new users, while determining what drives efficient, scalable growth.
• Drive user engagement and retention by creating, testing, and optimizing different channels, gathering feedback to give to our development team.
• Drive content on-site and manage social media channels.
• Build strong customer insights by combining qualitative and qualitative methods.
• Build internal relationships that enable you to successfully execute campaigns.
• Budget management.
• Manage external agency and vendor relationships.
This is a wide-ranging role and would suit a generalist marketeer, or a specialist looking to expand their skills in other areas. Having an interest in technology, cryptocurrencies and supporting the growth of this industry is a must-have.
What will give you an advantage
• An understanding of multiple digital channels, tools, principles and practices (e.g. SEO, paid search, display, Google Analytics, A/B testing, social, CRM etc.) and how they fit together.
• Being comfortable with numbers and what they tell us about our customers, the performance of the website, a growth experiment or a specific marketing campaign.
• Experience of events operations.
• Experience with data analysis and tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualizing data.
• A proactive and highly independent self-starter and who works well in a high-growth environment where things change quickly.
