Job description
Job Content
- Business development and key account management of employer clients in Singapore, Taiwan, mainland China, Hong Kong, and other SEA countries.
- In specific, including customer research, identify and prioritize clients, cold-calling or reference, onsite visit, business engagement and customer service.
- To co-work with Marketing and Columns partner to design promotion strategy of employer clients and jobs, to generate necessary content and to promote online and offline social channels.
- To collect market information to co-work with the IT team and advise the web development.
- Partnership management with current and potential business partners of mit.Jobs.
- Salary Range: Basic salary 40,001 - 60,000 TWD/mth; sales commission is between 0% and 100% basic salary. Thus, the maximum monthly wage can be 120,000 TWD.
- To obtain 100% commission, you must achieve a certain defined KPI, such as monthly 15% growth or 50% growth in continuous three months. Details explain while interview.
- In the next round of fund raising, you will have opportunity to own option or share and be one of the co-founders of mit.Jobs company.
- Location: Currently you will locate in Taipei, Taiwan in 2016. In the first half of 2017, you will move with the team to Singapore.
- If relocate to Singapore, the compensation will be adjusted to local standard, e.g. 5,000 - 7,000 SGD/mth and commission, can be negotiated.
- Business travel requested 20% to 60% monthly working time. Majorly to Singapore, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and ShenZhen; also might need to go to Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Berlin and London in near future.
Requirements
Must have
- At least 3 years working experience
- At least 1 year Sales/ Business Development/ Marketing/ IT or related experience
- Proficient English at least business-negotiation level
- Passion and ambition, can work in very intensive, high challenge and fast pace circumstance
Good to have
- Proven record achievement of business development or engagement
- Overseas or cross-cultural working experience
- International startup working experience
- Startup working experience
- MNC working experience
- Work, study or live in more than 3 countries
- Cross-functional experience, e.g. software engineer + human resource
- Human resource or talent acquisition background
- IT/ Software engineer/ Developer background
- Second foreign language (except English and Mandarin Chinese)
