Job Description
●Lead generation and prospecting of cryptocurrency companies and financial services firms
●Selling risk products to our prospective customers based in Singapore and Hong Kong
●Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
●Monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process
●Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
●Discovering affiliate strategies, experimenting with referral schemes and partnership channels for sales
●Liaise with product and tech about using customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
●Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
Requirements
●Fluent in English and Mandarin. Additional language experience of Japanese or Korean is a plus.
●Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience.
●Prior startup experience or experience at a boutique firm is mandatory
●Previous compliance/finance/blockchain experience is a big plus

●Proven sales track record
●Exceptionally strong relationship and people management capabilities – can create processes and set up the Hong Kong team from scratch
