Job Description:
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify the business problems, understand project requirements, define the project use cases and project scope, as well as develop predictive analytics solutions
- Lead the model development lifecycle. Develop, validate, test, and deploy machine learning models in production
- Deep dive into big data by applying advanced statistical methodologies
- Passionate about translating model outputs into strategic insights and communicate the results with the stakeholders that will help the decision making
- Visualize the data findings and insights creatively
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Advanced Data Analytics projects
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to identify and communicate data-driven insights and solutions
- Able to explain complex data science concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Must be proficient in SQL
- Familiar with Python and machine learning libraries, data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, Supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, optimization, manipulation of large datasets
- Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in projects
- Hands on experience in productionizing machine learning models and in-depth understanding of the whole machine learning pipeline
- Experience in Hadoop ecosystem (Hadoop, Spark, Hive), is a plus
