Job Description:
- Provide administrative support for business unit, including but not limited to data management, quality assurance and other operations support
- Manage day-to-day business unit administration matters
- Able to react quickly to changing needs and business decisions
- Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to increase speed and collaboration across the team
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Highly meticulous and pay attention to detail
- Willing to work on repetitive work with good quality, able to meet strict deadlines
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Positive working attitude, a strong team player
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is a plus
