Job Description:
- Define customer needs and products specifications with local marketing teams to propose and initiate new features
- Draft designs and establish project timelines for product development
- Collaborate with product, local marketing, business development and operations teams to develop and execute product features, ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Communicate the value of new products to local teams, and create product content to educate both internal and external stakeholders about product features and benefits
- Conduct market research and brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities
- Track and analyze the performance of existing features, evaluate new initiatives; to optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance insights across the region
- Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product marketing projects to drive user acquisition, engagement and/or retention
Requirements:
- Good degree from recognized university
- 2+ years of experience
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethics, performance-driven, and eager to learn
- Has passion in e-commerce industry
- Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management will be a bonus
