Job Description
This is a high profile role with great visibility and engagement across the top management at Circles.Life playing a key role in launching and building the Fintech Vertical at Circles.Life.
You will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap and the execution of game changing campaigns, partnerships to deliver a thriving, sustainable and best-in-class fintech vertical across the company’s ecosystem.
You will proactively identify industry, consumer, and technology trends and innovation opportunities, and work directly with strategic partners to conceptualise and commercialise new business product and/or ventures with the potential to be unicorns on its own.
You are degree qualified with strong track record in "intrapreneurship,” fast launching business models in new markets or in developing new ventures in a consumer and technological led business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Building and Launching best-in-class FinTech Vertical
* Collaborate product managers to conceptualize roadmaps and execute game-changing campaigns to launch ecosystem products
* Present product concepts and entry models to crack open new partnerships with strategic business partners
* Launch & scale with pace & precision
Collaborate with the international operations
* Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth launch of ecosystem campaigns
* Develop new frameworks to identify potential partners/fast launching business models

The Ideal Candidate
* Comfortable at influencing and negotiating with CXO and board level leaders
* 4-7 years of experience ideally with experience in Fintech industry
* Displays high-level strategic thinking and analytical acumen, as well as hands-on ownership
* Strong at developing sustainable stakeholder relationships for the long-term
* Strong track record in "intrapreneurship”
* Comfortable & experienced in a VUCA (Volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) environment
* Able to prioritise and re-prioritize quickly and effectively
* Willing and able to travel internationally on short notice
