職責：

主要的工作內容為：

• 製作產品影片
• 製作Facebook與YouTube廣告影片
• 製作社群平台影片

為了更有效率地完成你的工作，你需要：

• 敏銳觀察最新時下潮流
• 製作直效行銷(Direct-response Marketing)的影片腳本
• 開發、招募與管理在台北的自由接案模特兒
• 使用專業相機與手機內建相機拍攝影片
• 編輯影片、特效、音樂、字幕等
• 管理從開始到影片製作完成的整個過程
• 每週至每月間產出新影片
• 不斷將新的點子注入工作之中

Your Responsibilities: 

Your primary responsibilities will be to: 

• Create product videos.
• Create Facebook & YouTube advertising videos.
• Create social media videos.

To do your job effectively, you’ll need to: 

• Keep a close eye on the latest trends.
• Create direct-response marketing video scripts.
• Discover, hire, and manage freelance models in Taipei.
• Shoot videos using professional and smartphone cameras.
• Edit videos, add effects, music, subtitles, and so on.
• Manage the entire process from start to finish.
• Deliver new videos on a weekly to monthly basis.
• Consistently inject new and fresh ideas into your work.

Who Are We Looking For? 

Someone with strong written & spoken English

- Your English must be at a business level.

- In the office, we speak English.

- All communications with our executives and team will be in English.

Someone with superb attention to details

- You are someone who pays attention to every little detail – not only in your work but in everything you do. 

- This is a must-have for this position, and a fundamental core value at Vansburg.

Someone who is creative

- You are creative and are able to consistently add fresh ideas to your work.

- This is necessary in order to keep our media assets new and exciting.

Someone who can get things done

- Training and resources will be provided in your journey, but ultimately we’re looking for someone who can take on a project and get things DONE.

- We need someone who is resourceful, goal-driven, persistent, and can accomplish objectives without much hand-holding.

Someone who understands American culture

- It’d be difficult to create video assets for the USA market, without an understanding and interest in American culture.

Someone with a superb aesthetic sense

- You are passionate about video production and have a strong grasp of current visual trends. 

Someone who is proactive and eager to take on responsibility

- In a small business environment, things come up, and problems need to be solved.

- If you are the kind of person who sits back and thinks “that’s not my responsibility,” then please don’t apply.

Someone who genuinely cares about others
