The role
The Payroll Services & Systems Coordinator is responsible for the timely and accurate production and reconciliation of the fortnightly payroll, including statutory and legislative reconciliations and returns for PAYG, Payroll Tax and Workcover
Your responsibilities
Skills & Experience required
You will have proven ability to contribute to a high performing team to achieve customer service excellence in the effective and efficient delivery of HR administration and Payroll services within a large complex environment with extensive SAP HR/Payroll system experience. You will have extensive working experience and knowledge of HR administration, complex payroll operations and reconciliations with exposure to a diverse range of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, Superannuation, PAYG, Workcover and Payroll Tax legislation. Strong MS Excel skills desired
Previous experience utilising HR system reporting tools, including creating own reports, for Payroll and management reports to improve business processes and payroll reconciliations is essential.
Finally you must also be able to identify system issues and implementation of process improvements to include system based services and error reduction, User Acceptance Testing and business process documentation including end user training.
