ROLE DESCRIPTION
Cialfo's growth team is hyper-focused on growing sustainably with flair. We support all departments, helping to accelerate projects and establish new relationships. On top of our focus to establish Cialfo as a loved global brand, our growth team is passionate about helping our partner schools have the best college application experience possible.
You must have experience in building the pipeline. We want you to earn trust, kick start new relationships, and work closely with the team to make Cialfo the essential partner for every school.

Who You Are
- Experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role preferably in B2B company
- Proven track record of cold calling and prospecting to create new leads, achieving personal and team goals
- Experience in supporting regional sales teams
- Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS applications and collaboration technology
What You Will Be Doing
- Support leads as you progress them through our growth funnel
- Execute targeted & strategic outbound activity including cold calls and email followups to reach key growth milestones
- Attend conferences and roadshows to represent Cialfo
- Manage email and school databases
- Focus on meeting your individual and team targets
