Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the operation team to facilitate client onboarding and respond to client requests.
2. Oversee trade recording and settlement processes, identifying issues, and recommending updates to user guides.
3. Work closely with compliance team to execute a robust KYC program.
4. Analyze internal data to identify key business development opportunities.
5. Collaborate closely with the product/engineering team to improve our platform services and procedures.
6. Proactively stay up to date about market trends, opportunities, risks and new projects, with a passion for the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry.

Qualifications

1. Prior working experience in the cryptocurrency market with a firm understanding of trading products and trade life cycles.
2. Prior experience managing teams at an enterprise multi-office scale.
3. Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
4. Detail oriented, multi-tasking and able to handle various projects simultaneously under pressure.
5. Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
6. Flexible mindset to adapt to fast-changing market and new work tasks.
7. Business proficiency in English and Mandarin.
