The main accountabilities of the role would include leading and managing the overall Club operations to achieve Club Key Performance Indicators. This includes the overall day to day operations of the Club, Sales, Member Service and Fitness.

Key Responsibilities 

• Business Performance: Lead & manage the overall Club business and team to deliver specific KPIs & budgets
•  People  Management:  Take  overall  responsibility  for  attracting,  recruiting,  developing,  retaining  and engaging the right people at club level to deliver business results.
• Club budget and company’s objectives and KPIs
• Operations Management: Manage the day to day operations of the Club ensuring the Club delivers operating excellence

• Member Service: Ensure the delivery of an excellent member service
•  Sales  &  Business  Development:  Develop  the  business  actively  by  building  strong  relationships  with members and build new lead generation plan and identify new business opportunities
• Provide strong leadership which role models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintains high personal visibility within the Club

Minimum Requirements /Qualification

• 5+ years fitness & health/service/retail experience ideally with previous experience of leading and managing a team. 
• Good leadership skills with successful track record of developing people and spotting talent.
• Excellent knowledge of industry and operational challenges.
• Able to deliver real improvement – able to get things done, strong influencing skills
• Good communication skills with all levels of the business.
• Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams.
• Clear, logical thinker.  High standards, gets the basics right.
• Local knowledge and experience and/or cultural sensitivity.
