The main accountabilities of the role would include leading and managing the overall Club operations to achieve Club Key Performance Indicators. This includes the overall day to day operations of the Club, Sales, Member Service and Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MC Induction includes 6th & 12th week
• Certified to Sell training & coaching
• All Sales training related including Scripting (up­to­date Products, Service etc)
• Club Visits – assessments, follow­up, assist in training & coaching
• Supporting the Area Business Managers in ensuring & updating strategy for MC retention, escalating sales people related issues and coaching sales team & GM on sales operational matters 

Minimum Requirements /Qualification

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Training or in a similar role
• Must possess very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to lead, motivate and develop sales teams and foster team work Able to be on the ground and demonstrate skills for training purposes
• A reputation for professionalism, integrity and leadership, leads by example
