Our community is core to what we do and who we are. We need to nurture it, take care of it and make sure everyone is being taken care of. Your job will be to guide, support and direct users and community members from the very first time they interact with n8n, be there for them when they create their first workflows and integrations, and turn them into huge fans and advocates of the product.

The position of Developer Advocate entails anything from helping answering questions in online community forums, onboarding new users, creating tutorials (written and video), writing documentation, and organizing and hosting events within Europe. As one of the first team members at n8n you will be given the opportunity to set the outreach strategy for n8n.

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Highly self organized, problem solver comfortable working independently and as part of an empowered team
• Ability to explain complex problems in a simple way
• Enjoy speaking in public at developer events or conferences
• Affinity towards traveling and meeting new people

Hard Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in public speaking and technical writing
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge in JavaScript
• Experience in consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs

Bonus Points

• Native English speaker
• Advanced knowledge in TypeScript and Node.js
